This comprehensive 28-day, 200-hour yoga teacher training program offers a transformative immersion into the world of yoga. You'll explore yoga's history, philosophy, physical and mental benefits, and gain the skills to teach effectively. The curriculum covers meditation, pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting, shatkriya (cleansing techniques), Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini yoga, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, adjustments/alignment, and Ayurveda.

Sound Healing experiences:

Enhance your yoga practice with our unique Sound Healing Workshops, integrated into our 200-hour program. This ancient practice utilizes therapeutic sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Immerse yourself in the harmonious resonance of instruments like singing bowls and chimes, learning to harness the power of sound to deepen your meditation and yoga, cultivating a profound sense of balance and inner peace. This workshop provides a valuable complement to the physical aspects of yoga, creating a truly holistic experience.

Our dedicated team of yogis and hospitality professionals will ensure a rewarding stay in comfortable ashram accommodations with all necessary amenities.   • Shatkarma refers to the six yogic purification techniques (kriyas) detailed in the ancient text Hatha Yoga Pradipika. These practices are designed to cleanse the body, keeping it strong, healthy, and free from toxins, while unblocking the flow of prana (life energy) within.

    By practicing shatkarmas, the body is internally purified, creating an ideal foundation for pranayama and meditation. These techniques minimize distractions, discomfort, and fatigue, making advanced yogic practices more accessible and effective. Rooted in tradition, shatkarmas are powerful tools for preventing illness, releasing physical and energetic blockages, and enhancing overall well-being.

  • Kundalini Yoga, introduced to the West by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960s, is an ancient Indian practice designed to awaken the kundalini energy, believed to reside dormant at the base of the spine. This practice is known for its powerful effects on physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness.

    In Kundalini Yoga classes, you will explore:

    • Theory: The fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, the tantric philosophical texts, the concept of kundalini shakti (coiled energy), and the nature and significance of the chakras (energy centers).

    • Practice: Specific kriyas (practices) designed to activate each of the major chakras: Muladhara (root), Swadhisthana (sacral), Manipura (solar plexus), Anahata (heart), and Vishuddhi (throat).

    Kundalini Yoga is generally safe and effective, but beginners should start slowly and gradually increase intensity. Consult your doctor if you have any health concerns.

  • Ayurveda, a natural healing system originating in India over 3,000 years ago, derives its name from the Sanskrit words "ayur" (life) and "veda" (knowledge), meaning "knowledge of life."
