This comprehensive program covers key disciplines such as yoga philosophy, yogic lifestyle, asanas, pranayama, anatomy, meditation, mantra chanting, teaching methodology, alignment, and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
To provide a well-rounded perspective, the curriculum also integrates additional modules on Naturopathy and Ayurveda, delving into yoga’s sister sciences.

The curriculum accommodates practitioners of all levels, enabling them to enhance their own practice and develop their teaching skills.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion and become eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance, allowing them to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
Pyramid Yogshala provides all necessary yoga class materials, including mats, bolsters, bricks, and belts. However, participants are welcome to bring their own personal yoga mat if desired.
As part of our commitment to your learning experience, we offer a comprehensive yoga kit during the welcoming ceremony. This kit includes study materials, a notebook, a neti-pot, rubber neti, a school t-shirt, and a bag.

Just a short distance from the bustling main market streets, Pyramid Yogshala offers convenient access to a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, and massage centers, allowing you to easily experience the local culture alongside your yoga practice.
Our campus features four thoughtfully designed buildings surrounding a tranquil central garden, accommodating up to 50 students monthly. We offer a variety of accommodation options, including quadruple, triple, and double shared rooms, as well as private rooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, attached washrooms with hot water and western toilets, and mosquito nets. For added comfort, some rooms also feature air conditioning.
Many of our accommodations boast breathtaking views of the Ganges River, complete with private balconies perfect for relaxing during breaks and days off, allowing you to immerse yourself in the river's tranquil flow.
